📅 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive the global sales strategy, adapting to regional needs while staying true to the company’s sustainability principles
  • Identify and enter new international markets with ethical, data-informed go-to-market approaches
  • Lead international teams, set KPIs, and build a culture of ownership, inclusion, and continuous learning
  • Build and manage long-term partnerships with key accounts, distributors, and licensing partners worldwide
  • Align closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth launches and brand consistency
  • Leverage data insights to fine-tune pricing, promotions, and partner strategies across regions
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events – with a strong voice for sustainable fashion

 

✅ You’re a great fit if you…

  • Bring 5–7+ years in international sales, ideally within fashion, e-commerce, or a sustainability-focused brand
  • Have proven team leadership experience across countries and cultures
  • Are a confident negotiator and relationship-builder, with a strong ethical compass
  • Think strategically and make decisions based on data and values
  • Communicate fluently in English – other languages are a plus
  • Are excited to travel internationally and act as a global ambassador for purpose-driven business
