🚀 Change the game of sports with code – join a VC-backed rocketship in Paris!

Lead Frontend Developer (all gender)

🎯 The Highlights

  • 🏆 Exciting customers in the sports industry (high visibility, great traction)

  • 🌍 Remote-friendly team – but ideally based in Paris

  • 💸 Compensation between €100,000 and €150,000

  • ⚡ High-growth, VC-backed startup environment: fast, agile, and developer-driven

  • 👩‍💻 Modern tech stack: React, TypeScript, Vite, AWS, GitHub CI/CD

  • 📈 Rare chance to shape a product and tech foundation from the ground up

  • 👊 Ambitious founding team, moving fast and thinking big

🧩 The Work Environment

You’ll join a small but powerful dev team at a rapidly growing startup disrupting how sports organizations manage media. No corporate layers here: every engineer has real impact, autonomy, and ownership. You’ll work in agile squads, move fast, and collaborate directly with the CTO. The company is remote-friendly, but being in Paris is a strong plus.

🛠️ Your Day-to-Day

As Lead Frontend Developer (all gender), you’ll take ownership of everything frontend:

  • Build fast, responsive UIs in React/TypeScript/Redux/CSS

  • Mentor junior developers and ensure high code quality (reviews, best practices)

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and design to bring ideas to life

  • Help define the frontend roadmap, architecture, and patterns

  • Partner with backend and infrastructure teams for seamless delivery

  • Ensure performance, scalability, accessibility, and >90% test coverage

  • Embrace a DevOps mindset (feature flags, CI/CD, observability with Datadog)

✅ This Job Is for You If…

  • You have 5+ years of experience building production-grade React/TypeScript applications

  • You’ve led projects or small frontend teams and enjoy mentoring

  • You come from a VC-backed B2B SaaS startup with complex products (e.g., Datadog, etc.)

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (not just a bootcamp)

  • You thrive with autonomy and can solve problems without being micromanaged

  • You care deeply about code quality, performance, testing, and user experience

  • You’re comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS) – Adobe extension experience is a plus
